The agenda summary is as follows: 1. Reported SB 617 (Sen. McCann) with recommendation. 2. Reported SB 618 (S-1) (Sen. Klinefelt) with recommendation. 3. Reported SB 688 (S-2) (Sen. Chang) with recommendation. 4. Testimony regarding SB 801 (Sen. Bayer). The Chair called the meeting to order at 12:04 p.m. She instructed the Clerk to call the roll. At that time, the following members were present: Chair Chang, Sen.(s) Shink, Wojno, Irwin, Santana, and Runestad, a quorum was present. The Chair entertained a motion by Sen. Shink to adopt the meeting minutes from May 2, 2024. Without objection, the minutes were adopted. The Chair brought up SB’s 617 -618, and invited Sen. McCann to summarize the bills. Shink to report SB 617 to the floor with recommendation that it pass. Wojno to report SB 618 (S-1) to the floor with recommendation that it pass.
