The agenda summary is as follows: 1. Testimony regarding SB 818 (Sen. Geiss). 2. Testimony regarding SB 819 (Sen. Geiss). 3. Testimony regarding SB 820 (Sen. Cavanagh). 4. Testimony regarding SB 821 (Sen. Cavanagh). 5. Testimony regarding SB 822 (Sen. Anthony). 6. Testimony regarding SB 823 (Sen. Chang). 7. Testimony regarding SB 824 (Sen. Santana). 8. The Chair called the meeting to order at 12:03 p.m. He instructed the Clerk to call the roll. At that time, the following members were present: Chair Irwin, Sen.(s) Cavanagh, Bayer, Shink, Chang, Geiss, Lindsey, Hoitenga, and Damoose, a quorum was present. The Chair entertained a motion by Sen. Cavanagh to adopt the meeting minutes from June 11, 2024. Without objection, the minutes were adopted. The Chair made a motion to excuse absent members from the meeting. Without objection, Sen.(s) Santana and Cherry were excused from the meeting. The Chair invited Sen.(s) Geiss, Cavanagh, and Chang to summarize SB 818 to SB 827.
