BOX 30036 LANSING, MICHIGAN 48909-7536 PHONE: (517) 373-6960 FAX: (517) 373-0897 COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES September 17, 2024 A meeting of the Senate Committee on Senate Fiscal Agency Governing Board was scheduled for Tuesday, September 17, 2024, at 8:30 a.m., in the Harry T. Gast Appropriations Room. The Chair called the meeting to order at 8:33 a.m.. She instructed the Clerk to call the roll. At that time, the following members were present: Chair Anthony, Sen.(s) Brinks, McCann, Nesbitt and Bumstead, a quorum was present. The Director of the Senate Fiscal Agency described the documents in front of the members. A motion was made by Sen Bumstead, supported by Sen Brinks, to adopt the SFA salary schedule for fiscal year 2024-25; all members were in favor. A motion was made by Sen. McCann, supported by Sen. Nesbitt, to approve contracts over $5,000; all members were in favor. There being no further business before the committee, the Chair made a motion, supported by Sen. Brinks, to adjourn the committee at 8:36 a.m.Without objection, the committee was adjourned. Page 1 of 1
