The Chair entertained a motion by Sen. Klinefelt to adopt the meeting minutes from October 8, 2024. Without objection, the minutes were adopted. The Chair entertained a motion by Sen. McBroom to report HB 5747 to the floor with recommendation that it pass. The vote was as follows: Yeas: Chair Geiss, Sen.(s) Klinefelt, Wojno, Hertel, Chang, McCann, Bellino, McBroom, Victory, and Bumstead Nays: None The motion prevailed and the bill was reported. The Chair entertained a motion by Sen. McBroom to report HB 5379 to the floor with recommendation that it pass.
