The Chair invited the following individuals to present testimony regarding HB 5077: David Parish, Citizen – Support The Chair invited the following individuals to present testimony regarding HB 5077 and HB 5078: Cara Poland, Michigan Society of Addiction Medicine – Support The Chair read the cards of those individuals not wishing to testify before the committee regarding HB 5077 and HB 5078: Face Addiction Now – Support Kate Dorsey, Michigan State Medical Society – Support Eric Roath, Michigan Pharmacists Association – Support Page 1 of 3 The Chair entertained a motion by Sen. Geiss to report HB 5077 to the floor with recommendation that it pass.
