At that time, the following members were present: Chair Geiss, Sen.(s) Klinefelt, Wojno, Hertel, Chang, McCann, Bellino, McBroom, and Victory, a quorum was present. The Chair entertained a motion by Sen. Chang to adopt the meeting minutes from October 16, 2024. Without objection, the minutes were adopted. At 10:32 a.m., the Chair called for the committee to go at ease. At 10:35 a.m., the Chair reconvened the committee. The Chair made a motion to excuse absent members from the meeting. Without objection, Sen. Bumstead was excused from the meeting. The Chair invited Sen.(s) Chang and McBroom to summarize SB 1060 and SB 1061.
