BOX 30036 LANSING, MICHIGAN 48909-7536 PHONE: (517) 373-7888 FAX: (517) 373-2983 COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES February 11, 2025 The meeting of the Senate Committee on Regulatory Affairs was scheduled for Wednesday, February 11 at 11 a.m. in Room 403 of the Capitol Building. The agenda summary is as follows: 1. Testimony regarding SB 15 (S-1) (Sen. Singh) The Chair called the meeting to order at 1:32 p.m.. He instructed the Clerk to call the roll. At that time, the following members were present: Chair Moss, Sen.(s) McCann, Wojno, Santana, Hertel, Singh, Hauck, Webber, Lauwers and Bellino, a quorum was present. The Chair entertained a motion by Sen. McCann to excuse absent members from the meeting. Without objection, Sen. Polehanki was excused. The Chair entertained a motion by Sen. Wojno to adopt the minutes from February 5, 2025 meeting. Without objection, the minutes were adopted.
