BOX 30036 LANSING, MICHIGAN 48909-7536 PHONE: (517) 373-7748 DRAFT COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES February 25, 2025 A meeting of the Senate Appropriations Subcommittee on Appropriations Subcommittee on LARA/DIFS was scheduled for Tuesday, February 25, 2025, at 1:30 p.m. in the Harry T. Gast Appropriations Room of the 3rd Floor The Chair called the meeting to order at 1:33 p.m.. The Chair instructed the Clerk to call the roll. At that time, the following members were present: Senator Cavanagh, Senator Santana, Senator Theis. The Chair entertained a motion by Senator Theis to adopt the meeting minutes from April 16, 2024. Without objection, the minutes were adopted. The Chair invited the following individuals to present testimony regarding the Governor's FY2025-26 budget recommendation for the Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs: Marlon Brown, Director of the Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs There being no further business before the committee, the Chair made a motion, to adjourn the committee at 2:10 p.m. Without objection, the committee was adjourned.
