BOX 30036 LANSING, MICHIGAN 48909-7536 PHONE: (517) 373-0990 COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES March 11, 2025 A meeting of the Senate Appropriations Subcommittee on Appropriations Subcommittee on DHHS was scheduled for Tuesday, March 11, 2025, at 10:30 a.m. in the Harry T. Gast Appropriations Room of the 3rd Floor The Chair called the meeting to order at 10:30 a.m. The Chair instructed the Clerk to call the roll. At that time, the following members were present: Chair Santana, Sen.(s) Cherry, Irwin, Cavanagh, Bayer, Klinefelt, Outman, Huizenga, Hauck and Theis The Chair entertained a motion by Senator Irwin, supported by Senator Bayer, to adopt the meeting minutes from March 4, 2025. Without objection, the minutes were adopted. The Chair invited the following individuals to present testimony regarding CCBHCs: Rebecca Farley David, Senior Advisor for The National Council for Mental Wellbeing There being no further business before the committee, the Chair made a motion, supported by Senator Klinefelt, to adjourn the committee at 11:32 a.m. Without objection, the committee was adjourned.
