BOX 30036 LANSING, MICHIGAN 48909-7536 PHONE: (517) 373-2406 DRAFT COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES March 13, 2025 A meeting of the Senate Appropriations Subcommittee on EGLE was scheduled for Thursday, March 13, 2025, at 3:00 p.m. in Room 403 of the Capitol Building. The Chair called the meeting to order at 3:02 p.m.. The Chair instructed the Clerk to call the roll. At that time, the following members were present: Chair Irwin, Sen.(s) Shink, Cherry, Bayer, Bumstead, Hauck, and Outman, a quorum was present. The Chair entertained a motion by Sen. Shink, supported by Sen. Cherry, to excuse absent members from the meeting. Without objection, Sen. Singh was excused from the meeting. The subcommittee welcomed Director Phil Roos and Deputy Director Travis Boeskool from EGLE to provide testimony and an overview of the Governor’s Recommendation for their FY 2025-26 Budget. At 3:18 p.m. Sen. Hauck left the meeting. There being no further business before the committee, the Chair made a motion, supported by Sen. Cherry to adjourn the committee at 3:47 p.m. Without objection, the committee was adjourned.
