BOX 30036 LANSING, MICHIGAN 48909-7536 PHONE: (517) 373-7888 COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES June 03, 2025 A meeting of the Senate Committee on Regulatory Affairs was scheduled for Tuesday, June 3, 2025, at 2:15 p.m. in the Room 403 of the 4th Floor The agenda summary is as follows: 1. Testimony regarding SB 73 (Sen. Wojno). The Chair called the meeting to order at 2:15 p.m.. The Chair instructed the Clerk to call the roll. At that time, the following members were present: Chair Moss, Sen.(s) Polehanki, McCann, Wojno, Santana, Hertel, Singh, Hauck, Webber and Bellino. The Chair entertained a motion by Senator Polehanki to adopt the meeting minutes from May 15, 2025. Without objection, the minutes were adopted. The Chair invited the following individuals to present testimony regarding SB73: Sen. Paul Wojno – Support The Chair read the cards of those individuals not wishing to testify before the committee regarding SB73: David Marvin, Michigan Liquor Control Commission – Support Dr. Curtis Ivery, Wayne County Community College – Support Scott Ellis, Michigan Licensed Beverage Association – Support Nicole McKee, Macomb Community College – Support The Chair entertained a motion by Senator Hauck to excuse absent members from the meeting. Without objection, Senator Lauwers was excused from the meeting. There being no further business before the committee, the Chair made a motion to adjourn the committee at 2:18 p.m. Without objection, the committee was adjourned.
