The agenda summary is as follows: 1. Reported SB 462(S-1) (Sen. Singh) with recommendation. 2. Reported SB 463(S-1) (Sen. Wojno) with recommendation. 3. Reported SB 465(S-1) (Sen. Bellino) with recommendation. 4. Reported SB 466(S-1) (Sen. Cavanagh) with recommendation. 5. Testimony regarding HB 4113 (Rep. Steckloff) 6. Adopted (S-1) and testimony regarding 198(S-1) (Sen. Reported SB 602 (Sen. Polehanki) with recommendation. The Chair called the meeting to order at 2:35 p.m. The Chair recessed the meeting at 2:35 p.m. due to the lack of quorum. The Chair reconvened the meeting at 2:46 p.m. He instructed the Clerk to call the roll. At that time, the following members were present: Chair Moss, Sen.(s) Polehanki, McCann, Wojno, Hertel, Singh, Hauck, and Bellino, a quorum was present. The Chair entertained a motion by Sen. Polehanki to adopt the meeting minutes from November 6, 2025. Without objection, the minutes were adopted. The Chair entertained a motion by Sen. Hauck to excuse absent members from the meeting. Without objection, Sen.(s) Santana, Webber and Lauwers were excused from the meeting. The Chair invited Senator Singh to summarize (S-1) substitutes to SB 462, SB 463, SB 465, and SB 466. Member questions followed.
