Reported SB 351 (S-4) (Sen. Cavanagh) with recommendation. 2. Reported SB 352 (Sen. Victory) with recommendation. 3. Reported SB 353 (Sen. Moss) with recommendation. 4. Reported SB 354 (Sen. Anthony) with recommendation. 5. Reported SB 355 (Sen. McBroom) with recommendation. 6. Testimony regarding SB 124 (Sen. Damoose). 7. Testimony regarding SB 583 (Sen. Cavanagh) and SB 584 (Sen. Irwin). The Chair called the meeting to order at 12:34 p.m.. The Chair instructed the Clerk to call the roll. At that time, the following members were present: Chair Cavanagh, Sen.(s) Irwin, McCann, Bayer, Camilleri, Huizenga, Theis and Daley. The Chair entertained a motion by Senator Irwin to adopt the meeting minutes from October 22, 2025. Without objection, the minutes were adopted. The Chair entertained a motion by Senator Bayer to adopt the (S-4) version of SB 351. The vote was as follows: Yeas: Chair Cavanagh, Sen.(s) Irwin, McCann, Bayer, Camilleri, Huizenga, Theis and Daley Nays: None Pass: None The motion prevailed and the (S-4) was adopted. The Chair entertained a motion by Senator McCann to report SB 352 to the floor with recommendation that it pass.
