With the recommendation that the bill pass. Sean McCann Chairperson To Report Out: Yeas: Senators McCann, Singh, Bayer, Shink, Hertel, Camilleri, Chang and Polehanki Nays: Senators Damoose , Outman, Hauck and Bellino The bill was referred to the Committee of the Whole.
