- HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES COMMITTEE ON OVERSIGHT REP. JAY DEBOYER CHAIR COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES Tuesday, June 2, 2026 9:00 AM Room 352, State Capitol Building The House Committee on Oversight was called to order by Chair DeBoyer. The Clerk read a letter dated May 20th, 2026, from House Speaker Matt Hall, which removed Representative Penelope Tsernoglou from the Committee on Oversight. The Chair requested attendance to be called: Present: Reps. DeBoyer, Bierlein, Meerman, Paquette, Carra, Bruck, Jaime Greene, Rigas, Schriver, Woolford, Miller, Pohutsky, Conlin, MacDonell and Mentzer. Absent: Rep. Wegela. Excused: Rep. Wegela. Representative Bruck moved to adopt the meeting minutes from May 19, 2026. There being no objection, the motion prevailed with unanimous consent. The Chair laid before the committee a discussion on Rx Kids. Dr. Mona Hanna, Founder and Director of RX Kids, gave a presentation on Rx Kids. Questions and discussion followed. The following person submitted a card wishing to speak, but due to the time constraints was unable to speak: Jim Casha, representing Kids with Failure to Thrive and FASD. Representative Rigas moved to excuse Representative Wegela from the meeting. There being no objection the motion prevailed by unanimous consent.
