- The Committee on Economic and Community Development submitted the following: Meeting held on Thursday, May 21, 2026, at 12:00 noon, Room 1300, Binsfeld Office Building Present: Senators McMorrow (C), Cavanagh, Polehanki, Moss, Geiss, Victory, Lindsey and Webber The Committee on Energy and Environment reported House Bill No. 4192, entitled A bill to amend 1994 PA 451, entitled “Natural resources and environmental protection act,” by amending section 3122 (MCL 324.3122), as amended by 2023 PA 140. With the recommendation that the substitute (S-3) be adopted and that the bill then pass.
