The agenda summary is as follows: 1. Adopted the Committee recommendations to the Governor's Executive Order 2019-02. 2. Reported HCR 1 (Rep. Lower) with recommendation. . The Chairman called the meeting to order at 8:32 a.m. Due to missing members, the Chairman recessed the committee from 8:32 a.m. – 8:53 a.m. At 8:53 a.m., the Chairman reconvened the committee. He instructed the Clerk to call the roll. At that time, the following members were present: Chairman McBroom, Sen.(s) Lucido, Theis, MacDonald, and Irwin, a quorum was present. The Chairman summarized the Committee’s recommendations regarding the Governor's Executive Order 2019-02. The Chairman entertained a motion by Sen. Lucido to adopt the Committee recommendations to the Governor's Executive Order 2019-02. The vote was as follows: Yeas: Chairman McBroom, Sen.(s) Lucido, Theis, and MacDonald Nays: Sen. Irwin The motion prevailed and the Committee recommendations were reported to the Senate Committee on Government Operations. The Chairman entertained a motion by Sen. Lucido to report HCR 1 to the floor with recommendation that it be adopted. The vote was as follows: Yeas: Chairman McBroom, Sen.(s) Lucido, Theis, and MacDonald Nays: Sen. Irwin The motion prevailed and the resolution was reported. There being no further business before the committee, the Chairman moved to adjourn the meeting.
