BOX 30036 LANSING, MICHIGAN 48909-7536 PHONE: (517) 373-7840 FAX: (517) 373-3932 COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES February 13, 2019 A meeting of the Senate Committee on Oversight was scheduled for Wednesday, February 13, 2019, at 9:15 a.m., in the 1200 Room of the Binsfeld Building. The agenda summary is as follows: 1. Testimony regarding HCR 1 (Rep. Lower). The Chairman called the meeting to order at 9:17 a.m. He instructed the Clerk to call the roll. At that time, the following members were present: Chairman McBroom, Sen.(s) Lucido, MacDonald. and Irwin, a quorum was present. The Chairman entertained a motion by Sen. Irwin to adopt the meeting minutes from February 7, 2019. Without objection, the minutes were adopted. The Chairman invite the following individuals to present testimony regarding HCR 1: Dennis Bittner, Citizen – Support Rory Mattson, Citizen – Support Jim Brennan, Citizen – Support At 9:17 a.m., the Chairman recessed the committee. At 10:37 a.m., with all members present, the Chairman reconvened the committee.
