BOX 30036 LANSING, MICHIGAN 48909-7536 PHONE: (517) 373-7670 FAX: (517) 373-5958 COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES February 13, 2019 A meeting of the Senate Committee on Advice and Consent was scheduled for Wednesday, February 13, 2019, at 3:00 p.m., in the 1100 Room of the Binsfeld Office Building. The agenda summary is as follows: 1. A hearing to consider the appointment of Tricia L. Foster as the Director of the Michigan Department of Technology, Management and Budget. The Chairman called the meeting to order at 3:02 p.m. He instructed the Clerk to call the roll. At that time, the following members were present: Chairman Lucido, Sen.(s) LaSata, Nesbitt, McBroom, and Hertel, a quorum was present. The Chairman entertained a motion by Sen. McBroom to adopt the meeting minutes from the February 7, 2019 meeting. Without objection, the minutes were adopted. The Chairman invited Tricia Foster to provide the committee with her opening statements. The Chairman invited committee members to ask questions regarding the appointment of Tricia Foster as the Director of the Michigan Department of Technology, Management and Budget. There being no further business before the committee, the Chairman moved to adjourn the meeting.
