The agenda summary is as follows: The Governor's presentation of the fiscal year 2020 and 2021 budget recommendation. The Chairman called the meeting to order at 11:00 a.m. The Chairman welcomed Governor Whitmer, Budget Director Chris Kolb and the House Committee on Appropriations members. The Chairman instructed the Clerk to call the roll. At that time, the following members were present; Chairman Stamas, Sen.(s) Bumstead, MacGregor, Barrett, Bizon, LaSata, MacDonald, Nesbitt, Outman, Runestad, Schmidt, Victory, Hertel, Hollier, Irwin, Santana, McCann and Bayer, a quorum was present. Next, the Chairman invited Governor Whitmer and Budget Director Kolb to present fiscal year 2020 and 2021 budget recommendations to the committees. There being no further business before the committee, the Chairman entertained a motion by Sen. Bumstead, supported by Sen. Schmidt, to adjourn the meeting at 12:20 p.m. Without objection, the committee was adjourned. Date Adopted by Committee: March 20, 2019
