The agenda summary is as follows: 1. Reported SB 910 (Sen. Hertel) with recommendation. 2. Reported SB 1083 (Sen. Irwin) with recommendation. 3. Reported SB 1084 (S-1) (Sen. The Chair called the meeting to order at 12:52 p.m. She instructed the Clerk to call the roll. Shink to adopt the meeting minutes from November 14, 2024. Without objection, the minutes were adopted. The Chair brought up SB 910 and invited Sen. Hertel to summarize the bill. The Chair invited the following individuals to present testimony regarding SB 910: Demetrius Starling, Michigan Department of Health and Human Services – Support The Chair entertained a motion by Sen. Shink to report SB 910 to the floor with recommendation that it pass.
