The agenda summary is as follows: 1. Reported HB’s 4675 (S-1) and HB 4679 (Rep. Grant) with recommendation. 2. Reported SB 1106 (S-1) (Sen. Irwin) with recommendation. 3. Reported SB 738 (Sen. Irwin) with recommendation. 4. Reported SB 659 (Sen. Bayer) with recommendation. 5. Reported SB’s 888-892 (Sen. Bayer) with recommendation. 6. Reported SB 666 and 667 (Sen. McCann) with recommendation. The Chair called the meeting to order at 12:03 p.m.. She instructed the Clerk to call the roll. At that time, the following members were present: Chair Cavanagh, Sen.(s) Irwin, McCann, Bayer, Camilleri, Huizenga, Theis and Daley, a quorum was present. The Chair entertained a motion by Sen. Irwin to adopt the meeting minutes from December 4, 2024. Without objection, the minutes were adopted. The Chair brought up HB’s 4675 and 4679, and invited Rep. Grant to summarize the bills. The Chair invited the following individuals to present testimony regarding HB’s 4675 and 4679: Joseph Rivet, Ex. Director State Land Bank Authority – Support Alan Fox, Ingham Co.
