The agenda summary is as follows: 1. Reported SB 1173 (Sen. Moss) with recommendation. 2. Reported SB 1186 (Sen. Cherry) with recommendation. 3. Reported SB 1079 (Sen. Cherry) with recommendation. 4. Reported SB 1080 (Sen. Cavanagh) with recommendation. 5. Testimony regarding HB 5164-5165 (Rep. O’Neal). The Chair called the meeting to order at 8:30 a.m.. He instructed the Clerk to call the roll. Camilleri to adopt the meeting minutes from December 5, 2024. Without objection, the minutes were adopted. The Chair brought up SB 1173, and invited Sen. Moss to summarize the bill.
