The Committee on Regulatory Affairs submitted the following: Meeting held on Wednesday, October 22, 2025, at 2:00 p.m., Room 403, 4th Floor, Capitol Building Present: Senators Moss (C), Polehanki, McCann, Wojno, Hertel, Singh, Hauck, Webber and Bellino Excused: Senators Santana and Lauwers The Committee on Health Policy reported Senate Resolution No. 81. A resolution urging the Congress and the President of the United States to permanently extend the Affordable Care Act Enhanced Premium Tax Credit to help ensure that all individuals and families have equitable access to healthcare. (For text of resolution, see Senate Journal No. 95, p. 1633.) With the recommendation that the resolution be adopted. To Report Out: Kevin Hertel Chairperson Yeas: Senators Hertel, Wojno, Cherry, Klinefelt, Geiss, Webber and Huizenga Nays: Senator Hauck The resolution was placed on the order of Resolutions.
