- **DRAFT** COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES July 23, 2020 A meeting of the Senate Appropriations Subcommittee on Community Health/Human Services was scheduled for Thursday, July 23, 2020, at 8:00 a.m., in the Harry T. Gast Appropriations Room. The Chair called the meeting to order at 8:03 a.m. He instructed the Clerk to call the roll. At that time, the following members were present: Chair MacGregor, Sen.(s) Bizon, Daley, MacDonald, Outman, Brinks, Irwin and Santana, a quorum was present. The Chair made a motion, supported by Sen. Bizon, to excuse absent members from the meeting. Without objection, Sen.(s) LaSata, Schmidt and Hertel were excused from the meeting. At 8:15 a.m., Sen. Wayne Schmidt entered the meeting. The Chair invited the following individuals to present testimony regarding John Nixon - Senior Vice President and Senior Account Executive; John Harding - Vice President of Operations & Infrastructure, CNSI - Client Network Services Incorporated – No Position Marty Woodruff - Chief Operating Officer, Michigan Health Information Network Shared Services (MiHIN) – No Position There being no further business before the committee, the Chair made a motion, supported by Sen. Bizon, to adjourn the committee at 9:27 a.m.Without objection, the committee was adjourned. Page 1 of 1
