- **DRAFT** COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES March 11, 2020 A meeting of the Senate Appropriations Subcommittee on Community Health/Human Services was scheduled for Wednesday, March 11, 2020, at 12:30 p.m., in the Harry T. Gast Appropriations Room, 3rd Floor, Capitol Building. The Chair called the meeting to order at 12:30 p.m. He instructed the Clerk to call the roll. At that time, the following members were present: Chair MacGregor, Sen.(s) Bizon, Daley, LaSata, MacDonald, Outman, Schmidt, Hertel, and Brinks a quorum was present. At 12:31 p.m., Sen. Jeff Irwin entered the meeting. At 12:32 p.m., Sen. Sylvia Santana entered the meeting. The Chair invited the following individuals to present testimony regarding the Department of Health and Human Services FY 2020-21 Executive Budget Recommendation: Medicaid Health Plan Third-Party Liability, Medicaid Pharmacy Single Preferred Drug List, and Long-Term Care Patient-Driven Payment Model: Kate Massey, Senior Deputy Director for the Medical Services Administration and Farah Hanley, Senior Deputy of Financial Operations from Michigan Department of Health and Human Services Dominick Pallone, Executive Director, Michigan Association of Health Melissa Samuel, President/CEO, Healthcare Association of Michigan There being no further business before the committee, the Chair made a motion, supported by Sen. Bizon, to adjourn the committee at 1:42 p.m. Without objection, the committee was adjourned. Page 1 of 1
