- COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES November 12, 2020 A meeting of the Senate Appropriations Subcommittee on General Government was scheduled for Thursday, November 12, 2020, at 3:00 p.m., in the 1100 Room of the Binsfeld Office Building. The Chair called the meeting to order at 2:59 p.m. He instructed the Clerk to call the roll. At that time, the following members were present: Chair Victory, Sen.(s) MacDonald and Irwin, a quorum was present. The Chair invited the following individuals to present testimony regarding Wamira's tail-spend reduction services: Andy Crane David Newberger Senators Victory and Irwin asked several questions related to Wamira's services. There being no further business before the committee, the Chair made a motion, supported by Sen. MacDonald, to adjourn the committee at 3:16 p.m. Without objection, the committee was adjourned.
