- **DRAFT** COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES February 26, 2020 A meeting of the Senate Appropriations Subcommittee on General Government was scheduled for Wednesday, February 26, 2020, at 3:00 p.m., in the Harry T. Gast Appropriations Room, 3rd Floor, Capitol Building. The Chair called the meeting to order. He instructed the Clerk to call the roll. At that time, the following members were present: Chair Stamas, Sen.(s) Victory, Bumstead and Irwin, a quorum was present. The Chair made a motion, supported by Sen. Bumstead, to adopt the meeting minutes from February 19, 2020. Without objection, the minutes were adopted. At 3:33 p.m., the Chair recessed the committee. At 3:35 p.m., Sen. Jeff Irwin entered the meeting. The Chair invited the following individuals to present testimony regarding Doug Ringler - Auditor General and Laura Hirst - Deputy Auditor General, Legislative Auditor General – Provided details and background on the FY 2020-21 budget. Questions were asked by Senators Stamas and Irwin. There being no further business before the committee, the Chair made a motion, supported by Sen. Bumstead, to adjourn the committee at 3:50 p.m.Without objection, the committee was adjourned. Page 1 of 1
