- COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES February 18, 2020 A meeting of the Senate Appropriations Subcommittee on Appropriations Subcommittee on Labor and Economic Opportunity/MEDC was scheduled for Tuesday, February 18, 2020, at 3:00 p.m., in the Harry T. Gast Appropriations Room, 3rd Floor, Capitol Building. The Chair called the meeting to order at 3:00 p.m. He instructed the Clerk to call the roll. At that time, the following members were present: Chair Horn, Sen. Schmidt, a quorum was present. The Chair made a motion, supported by Sen. Schmidt, to adopt the meeting minutes from February 11, 2020. Without objection, the minutes were adopted. The Chair invited the following individuals to present testimony regarding the Department of Labor and Economic Opportunity. Stephanie Beckhorn, Labor and Economic Opportunity – Support Sean Egan, Labor and Economic Opportunity – Support Steve Gray, Labor and Economic Opportunity – Support There being no further business before the committee, the Chair made a motion, supported by Sen.
