- COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES November 12, 2019 A meeting of the Senate Appropriations Subcommittee on Appropriations Subcommittee on Talent and Economic Development/MEDC was scheduled for Tuesday, November 12, 2019, at 3:00 p.m., in the Harry T. Gast Appropriations Room, 3rd Floor, Capitol Building. The Chair called the meeting to order at 3:00 p.m. He instructed the Clerk to call the roll. At that time, the following members were present: Chair Horn, Sen. Schmidt, a quorum was present.
