- HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES COMMITTEE ON OVERSIGHT REP. JAY DEBOYER CHAIR COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES Tuesday, June 16, 2026 9:00 AM Room 352, State Capitol Building The House Committee on Oversight was called to order by Chair DeBoyer. The Chair requested attendance to be called: Present: Reps. DeBoyer, Bierlein, Paquette, Carra, Bruck, Rigas, Schriver, Woolford, Lightner, Pohutsky, Conlin, MacDonell, Mentzer and Wegela. Absent: Reps. Meerman, Jaime Greene and Miller. Excused: Reps. Meerman, Jaime Greene and Miller. Due to Representative Jaime Greene being absent, the Chair elevated Representative Lightner. Representative Woolford moved to adopt the meeting minutes from June 02, 2026. There being no objection, the motion prevailed with unanimous consent. The Chair laid before the committee a presentation by and discussion regarding the Michigan Department of Treasury. Kavita Kale, Theresa Newton, Katina Litterini, and Peter Mormon, representing the Michigan Department of Treasury, gave a presentation on the Michigan Department of Treasury. Questions and discussion followed. Annette Craft, representing Craft Accounting Service, Inc., gave testimony regarding the Michigan Department of Treasury. Questions and discussion followed. Representative Rigas moved to excuse Representatives Meerman, Jaime Greene and Miller from the meeting. There being no objection the motion prevailed by unanimous consent.
