- **DRAFT** COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES February 27, 2020 A meeting of the Senate Appropriations Subcommittee on Licensing and Regulatory Affairs (LARA)/Department of Insurance and Financial Services (DIFS) was scheduled for Thursday, February 27, 2020, at 8:30 a.m., in the 1300 Room of the Binsfeld Office Building. The Chair called the meeting to order at 8:31 a.m. He instructed the Clerk to call the roll. At that time, the following members were present: Chair Nesbitt, Sen. Santana, a quorum was present. At 8:32 a.m., Sen. Sylvia Santana left the meeting. The Chair invited the following individuals to present testimony regarding Orlene Hawks, Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs – Neutral There being no further business before the committee, the Chair made a motion to adjourn the committee at 9:06 a.m.Without objection, the committee was adjourned.
