- **DRAFT** COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES February 20, 2020 A meeting of the Senate Appropriations Subcommittee on Licensing and Regulatory Affairs (LARA)/Department of Insurance and Financial Services (DIFS) was scheduled for Thursday, February 20, 2020, at 8:45 a.m., in the 1300 Room of the Binsfeld Office Building. The Chair called the meeting to order at 8:46 a.m. He instructed the Clerk to call the roll. At that time, the following members were present: Chair Nesbitt, Sen.(s) MacDonald and Santana, a quorum was present. Approved minutes from previous meeting (Senator Nesbitt, supported by Senator Santana). At 8:50 a.m., Sen. Michael MacDonald entered the meeting. The Chair invited the following individuals to present testimony regarding Elizabeth Raczkowski, Senate Fiscal Agency – No Position There being no further business before the committee, the Chair made a motion, supported by Sen. MacDonald, to adjourn the committee at 9:09 a.m.Without objection, the committee was adjourned. Page 1 of 1
