- **DRAFT** COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES July 28, 2020 A meeting of the Senate Appropriations Subcommittee on Transportation was scheduled for Tuesday, July 28, 2020, at 12:00 noon, in the Harry T. Gast Appropriations Room. The Chair called the meeting to order at 12:03 p.m. He instructed the Clerk to call the roll. At that time, the following members were present: Chair Schmidt, Sen.(s) Victory and Bayer, a quorum was not present. The Chair invited the following individuals to present testimony regarding Troy Hagon, Patrick McCarthy, Michele Fedorowitz, Todd White, Deb Brown, MDOT – No Position At 12:07 p.m., Sen. Michael MacDonald entered the meeting. A quorum was now present. The Chair made a motion, supported by Sen. Victory, to adopt the meeting minutes from July 21, 2020. Without objection, the minutes were adopted. There being no further business before the committee, the Chair moved to adjourn the committee. Without objection, the committee was adjourned at 12:23 p.m. Page 1 of 1
