- COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES March 10, 2020 A meeting of the Senate Appropriations Subcommittee on Transportation was scheduled for Tuesday, March 10, 2020, at 12:00 noon, in the Harry T. Gast Appropriations Room, 3rd Floor, Capitol Building. The Chair called the meeting to order at 12:13 p.m. He instructed the Clerk to call the roll. At that time, the following members were present: Chair Schmidt, Sen.(s) Victory, MacGregor, MacDonald, Zorn, Bayer. Minority Vice Chair Hollier arrived at 12:14. All member present. Motion by Senator Victory, seconded by Senator Zorn, to approve the minutes of the meeting on March 10, 2020. Without objection, the minutes were approved. The Chair invited Patrick McCarthy of the Department of Transportation to testify on the Transportation Economic Development Fund. Questions from members followed the testimony. Without objection, the meeting adjourned at 12:34 p.m. Page 1 of 1
