- COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES March 3, 2020 A meeting of the Senate Appropriations Subcommittee on Transportation was scheduled for Tuesday, March 3, 2020, at 12:00 noon, in the Harry T. Gast Appropriations Room, 3rd Floor, Capitol Building. The Chair called the meeting to order at 12:02 p.m. He instructed the Clerk to call the roll. At that time, the following members were present: Chair Schmidt, Sen.(s) Victory, MacGregor, MacDonald, Minority Vice Chair Hollier, Bayer. Without objection, Senator Zorn was excused. Motion by Senator MacGregor, seconded by Senator MacDonald, to approve the minutes of the meeting on February 25, 2020. Without objection, the minutes were approved. The Chair invited Monica Ackerson Ware of the Michigan Road Preservation Association to present testimony regarding Michigan's state and local roadways and capitol preventative maintenance techniques. Without objection, the meeting adjourned at 12:30 p.m. Page 1 of 1
