- COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES February 18, 2020 A meeting of the Senate Appropriations Subcommittee on Transportation was scheduled for Tuesday, February 18, 2020, at 12:00 noon, in the Harry T. Gast Appropriations Room, 3rd Floor, Capitol Building. The Chair called the meeting to order at 12:20 p.m. He instructed the Clerk to call the roll. At that time, the following members were present: Chair Schmidt, Sens. Victory, MacGregor, MacDonald, Zorn, Hollier and Bayer, a quorum was present. Motion by Senator Victory to approve the minutes of the meeting on February 11, 2020. Seconded by MacGregor. Without objection, the minutes were approved. The Chair invited the following individuals to present testimony regarding the Governor's FY 2020-21 Transportation Budget Recommendation. Paul Ajegba, MDOT There being no further business before the committee, the Chair made a motion, supported by Sen. Schmidt, to adjourn the committee at 1:00 p.m. Without objection, the committee was adjourned. Page 1 of 1
