- COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES February 11, 2020 A meeting of the Senate Appropriations Subcommittee on Appropriations Subcommittee on Transportation was scheduled for Tuesday, February 11, 2020, at 12:00 noon, in the Harry T. Gast Appropriations Room, 3rd Floor, Capitol Building. The Chair called the meeting to order at 12:00 noon He instructed the Clerk to call the roll. At that time, the following members were present: Chair Schmidt, Sens. Victory, MacGregor, MacDonald, Zorn and Bayer, a quorum was present. The Chair invited the following individuals to present testimony regarding Michael Siracuse, Senate Fiscal Agency – Neutral There being no further business before the committee, the Chair moved to adjourn the committee.
