The agenda summary is as follows: 1. Testimony regarding SB 669 (Sen. VanderWall). 2. Testimony regarding SB 670 (Sen. VanderWall). 3. Testimony regarding SB 671 (Sen. Theis). 4. Testimony regarding SB 672 (Sen. VanderWall). 5. Testimony regarding SB 673 (Sen. VanderWall). The Chair called the meeting to order at 1:03 p.m. He instructed the Clerk to call the roll. At that time, the following members were present: Chair VanderWall, Sen.(s) Johnson, LaSata, MacDonald, Theis, Brinks, Hertel, Santana, and Wojno, a quorum was present. The Chair entertained a motion by Sen. LaSata to adopt the meeting minutes from October 24, 2019. Without objection, the minutes were adopted. The Chair entertained a motion by Sen. Theis to adopt the meeting minutes from October 31, 2019. Without objection, the minutes were adopted. The Chair provided an overview of the bill package that includes SB 669 - SB 673. The Chair summarized SB 669 and SB 670. The Chair invited Sen. Theis to summarize SB 671. Page 1 of 3 The Chair summarized SB 672 and SB 673.
