At that time, the following members were present: Chair Lucido, Sen (s).VanderWall, Barrett, Johnson, Chang and Irwin, a quorum was present. The Chair entertained a motion by Sen. VanderWall to adopt the meeting minutes from November 19, 2020. Without objection, the minutes were adopted. The Chair moved to excuse absent members. Without objection, Sen. Runestad was excused from the meeting. The Chair summarized SB 721 and the (S-1). The Chair entertained a motion by Sen. VanderWall to adopt the (S-1) version of SB 721. The vote was as follows: Yeas: Chair Lucido, Sen.(s) VanderWall, Barrett, Johnson, Chang, and Irwin Nays: None The motion prevailed and the (S-1) was adopted. The Chair entertained a motion by Sen. VanderWall to report of SB 721 (S-1) to the floor with recommendation that the bill pass. The vote was as follows: Yeas: Chair Lucido, Sen.(s) VanderWall, Barrett, Johnson, Chang, and Irwin Nays: None The motion prevailed and the bill was reported. The Chair summarized SB 791, and invited Sen. Irwin to summarize his amendment to SB 791.
