BOX 30036 LANSING, MICHIGAN 48909-7536 PHONE: (517) 373-7840 FAX: (517) 373-3932 **DRAFT** COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES December 15, 2020 A meeting of the Senate Committee on Oversight was scheduled for Tuesday, December 15, 2020, at 1:00 p.m., in the Room 403 of the Capitol Building. The agenda summary is as follows: 1. Testimony by Mr. John Poulos, CEO, of Dominion Voting Systems. The Chair called the meeting to order at 1:03 p.m. He instructed the Clerk to call the roll. At that time, the following members were present: Chair McBroom, Sen.(s) Lucido, Theis, MacDonald and Irwin, a quorum was present. Chair McBroom invited the committee to recite the Pledge of Allegiance. Chair McBroom summarized the days agenda and gave opening comments. Chair McBroom welcomed Mr. John Poulos, CEO of Dominion Voting Systems and Dominion Voting Systems company attorney Mr. Greg Brower to the committee. Chair McBroom administered the Oath to Mr. Poulos. Chair McBroom invited Mr. Poulos, CEO of Dominion Voting Systems to give the committee a presentation, under oath, regarding the Dominion Voting Systems company operations. Member questions and discussion followed. The Chair recessed the committee from 2:07 p.m. to 2:20 p.m. Member questions and discussion with Mr. John Poulos continued. The Chair recessed the committee from 3:23 p.m. to 3:38 p.m. Member question and discussion with Mr. John Poulos continued. Members requested additional information from Mr. Poulos be forwarded to the Chairman's office. Page 1 of 2 There being no further business before the committee, the Chair McBroom entertained a motion by Sen.
