Representative Herzberg moved to adopt the meeting minutes from June 11, 2026. There being no objection, the motion prevailed with unanimous consent. The Chair laid HB 4864 and HB 5975 before the committee: HB 4864 (Rep. Rogers) A bill to amend 1978 PA 368, entitled "Public health code," by amending section 5456 (MCL 333.5456), as amended by 2002 PA 644. HB 5975 (Rep.
