- **DRAFT** COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES March 25, 2021 A meeting of the Senate Appropriations Subcommittee on Agriculture and Rural Development was scheduled for Thursday, March 25, 2021, at 3:00 p.m., in the 1300 Room of the Binsfeld Office Building. The Chair called the meeting to order at 3:00 p.m.. He instructed the Clerk to call the roll. At that time, the following members were present: Chair Victory, Sen.(s) Daley and McCann, a quorum was present. There being no further business before the committee, the Chair made a motion, supported by Sen. Daley, to adjourn the committee at 3:45 p.m.Without objection, the committee was adjourned. The Chair invited the following individuals to present testimony regarding Brent Wirth, Easterseals Agribility – Support Ned Stoller, Easterseals/Agribility – Support Lisa Raff, County Fairs and Festivals – Support Doug Burtch, Carnival Operators – Support Page 1 of 1
