- **DRAFT** COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES March 16, 2022 A meeting of the Senate Appropriations Subcommittee on Community Health/Human Services was scheduled for Wednesday, March 16, 2022, at 12:30 p.m., in the Harry T. Gast Appropriations Room. The Chair called the meeting to order at 12:30 p.m.. He instructed the Clerk to call the roll. At that time, the following members were present: Chair Outman, Sen.(s) Bizon, Daley, LaSata, MacDonald, Huizenga, and Irwin, a quorum was present. The Chair entertained a motion by Sen. Bizon, supported by Sen. LaSata, to adopt the meeting minutes from March 15, 2022. Without objection, the minutes were adopted. The Chair invited the following individuals to present testimony regarding an update on Office of Inspector General public assistance fraud activities. Alan Kimichik, Department of Health and Human Services-Inspector General At 12:32 p.m., Sen.(s) Sylvia Santana and Winnie Brinks entered the meeting. At 1:13 p.m., Sen. Jeff Irwin left the meeting. At 1:15 p.m., Sen. Jeff Irwin entered the meeting. The Chair entertained a motion by Sen. Bizon, supported by Sen. Daley, to excuse absent members from the meeting. Without objection, Sen.(s) Schmidt and Hollier were excused from the meeting. There being no further business before the committee, the Chair made a motion, supported by Sen. MacDonald, to adjourn the committee at 1:28 p.m.Without objection, the committee was adjourned. Page 1 of 1
