- **DRAFT** COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES March 17, 2021 A meeting of the Senate Appropriations Subcommittee on General Government was scheduled for Wednesday, March 17, 2021, at 3:00 p.m., in the 1100 Room of the Binsfeld Office Building. The Chair called the meeting to order at 3:00 p.m. He instructed the Clerk to call the roll. At that time, the following members were present: Chair Victory, Sen.(s) Bumstead, MacDonald and Irwin, a quorum was present. The Chair made a motion, supported by Sen. Bumstead, to adopt the meeting minutes from March 10, 2021. Without objection, the minutes were adopted. The Chair invited the following individuals to present testimony: • James White, Executive Director • Mary Engelman, Deputy Director • Dan Levy, Director of Law and Policy • Lori Vinson, Director of Operations and Enforcement The Chair invited the following individuals to present testimony: • Cindy Paradine, Financial Services Director • Mike Brady, Legal Services Director • Adam Reames, Legislative Policy Director The Chair invited the following individuals to present testimony: Evah Cole, Department of Treasury There being no further business before the committee, the Chair moved to adjourn the committee.
