- **DRAFT** COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES March 10, 2021 A meeting of the Senate Appropriations Subcommittee on General Government was scheduled for Wednesday, March 10, 2021, at 3:00 p.m., in the 1100 Room of the Binsfeld Office Building. The Chair called the meeting to order at 3:00 p.m. He instructed the Clerk to call the roll. At that time, the following members were present: Chair Victory, Sen.(s) Bumstead, MacDonald and Irwin, a quorum was present. The Chair made a motion, supported by Sen. Bumstead, to adopt the meeting minutes from March 3, 2021 and February 10, 2021. Without objection, the minutes were adopted. The Chair invited the following individuals to present testimony regarding Chris Hackbarth, Michigan Municipal League The Chair invited the following individuals to present testimony regarding Rachael Eubanks, State Treasurer, Department of Treasury Aaron Keel, Director of Legislative Affairs, Department of Treasury Ken Osborne, Department of Treasury The Chair invited the following individuals to present testimony regarding Bob Simon, Deputy Director of Administration, Michigan Gaming Control Board Rick Kalm, Executive Director, Michigan Gaming Control Board The Chair invited the following individual to present testimony regarding Brian O. Neill, Lottery Commissioner, Michigan State Lottery There being no further business before the committee, the Chair made a motion, supported by Sen.
