- **DRAFT** COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES March 3, 2021 A meeting of the Senate Appropriations Subcommittee on General Government was scheduled for Wednesday, March 3, 2021, at 3:00 p.m., in the 1100 Room of the Binsfeld Office Building. The Chair called the meeting to order at 3:00 p.m. He instructed the Clerk to call the roll. At that time, the following members were present: Chair Victory, Sen.(s) Bumstead and MacDonald, a quorum was present. Senator Victory made a motion to approve minutes of the February 10, 2021 subcommittee meeting, seconded by Senator Bumstead, without objection. The Chair invited the following individuals to present testimony regarding Joe Carrasco, SFA – Neutral Elizabeth Raczkowski, SFA – Neutral Cory Savino, SFA – Neutral Ryan Bergan, SFA – Neutral The Chair invited the following individuals to present testimony regarding Brom Stibitz, Department of Technology, Management, and Budget – Support The Chair invited the following individuals to present testimony regarding John Gnodtke, Civil Service Commission – Support The Chair invited the following individuals to present testimony regarding Doug Ringler, Office of the Auditor General – Support Laura Hirst, Office of the Auditor General – Support There being no further business before the committee, the Chair made a motion, supported by Sen.
