- **DRAFT** COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES April 28, 2021 A meeting of the Senate Appropriations Subcommittee on Joint Capital Outlay was scheduled for Wednesday, April 28, 2021, at 8:45 a.m., in the Senate Hearing Room, Ground Floor, Boji Tower. The agenda summary is as follows: 1. Vote to approve Michigan State Police Lease #12117 2. Vote to approve Department of Health and Human Services Lease #6948 The Chair called the meeting to order at 8:45 a.m.. He instructed the Clerk to call the roll. At that time, the following members were present: Chair Horn, Vice-Chair Maddock, Sen.(s) LaSata, Zorn, Runestad, Schmidt, Santana, Hertel and McCann, Rep.(s) Slagh, Whiteford, Bollin, VanWoerkom, O'Neal, Peterson, and Steckloff a quorum was present. Sen. LaSata made a motion to approve committee minutes from the meeting on April, 21, 2021, without objection, the minutes were approved. Vice-Chair Maddock made a motion to approve Michigan State Police Lease #12117 The vote was as follows: Yeas: Chair Horn, Vice-Chair Maddock, Sen.(s) LaSata, Zorn, Runestad, Schmidt, Santana, Hertel and McCann, Rep.(s) Slagh, Whiteford, Bollin, VanWoerkom, O'Neal, Peterson, and Steckloff Nays: None The motion prevailed. Sen. Zorn made a motion to approve Department of Health and Human Services Lease #6948 The vote was as follows: Yeas: Chair Horn, Vice-Chair Maddock, Sen.(s) LaSata, Zorn, Runestad, Schmidt, Santana, Hertel and McCann, Rep.(s) Slagh, Whiteford, Bollin, VanWoerkom, O'Neal, Peterson, and Steckloff Nays: None The motion prevailed. There being no further business before the committee, the Chair made a motion, supported by Sen. LaSata, to adjourn the committee at 9:00 a.m.Without objection, the committee was adjourned.
