- **DRAFT** COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES March 9, 2021 A meeting of the Senate Appropriations Subcommittee on Transportation was scheduled for Tuesday, March 9, 2021, at 12:00 noon, in the Senate Hearing Room, Ground Floor, Boji Tower. The Chair called the meeting to order at 12:00 noon He instructed the Clerk to call the roll. At that time, the following members were present: Chair Schmidt, Sen.(s) Victory, Zorn, Hollier and Bayer, a quorum was present. The Chair entertained a motion by Sen. Victory to adopt the meeting minutes from February 16, 2021 and February 2, 2021. Without objection, the minutes were adopted. The Chair invited the following individuals to present testimony regarding Federal stimulus funds: Troy Hagon, Patrick McCarthy, Mike Trout, Bryan Budds, Jean Ruestman, Michigan Department of Transportation – No Position The Chair invited the following individuals to present testimony regarding COVID response and budgetary needs: Clark Harder, Glen Stefens, Michigan Public Transit Association – No Position The Chair excused absent members at 12:48 p.m. There being no further business before the committee, the Chair moved to adjourn the committee.
