The agenda summary is as follows: 1. Testimony regarding HB 4087 (Rep. Yaroch). 2. Testimony regarding HB 4659 (Rep. Bellino). 3. Testimony regarding SB 578 (Sen. Brinks). 4. Testimony regarding SB 579 (Sen. VanderWall). The Chair called the meeting to order at 1:01 p.m. He instructed the Clerk to call the roll. At that time, the following members were present: Chair VanderWall, Sen.(s) Bizon, Johnson, LaSata, MacDonald, Theis, Brinks, Hertel, and Santana, a quorum was present. The Chair entertained a motion by Sen. Bizon to adopt the meeting minutes from July 15, 2021. Without objection, the minutes were adopted. The Chair invited Rep. Yaroch to summarize HB 4087. The Chair invited the following individuals to present testimony regarding HB 4087: Jeff White, Richmond Lenox EMS and Michigan Association of Ambulance Services – Support The Chair read the cards of those individuals not wishing to testify before the committee regarding HB 4087: Rhonda Gront, MOPEC – Support Emily Schwarzkopf, Michigan Department of Health and Human Services – Support The Chair invited Justin Carpenter, of Rep.
